What's all this Binary Thought Group malarkey?

Although mostly British, the majority of Pocket Lolly team members speak a language called mentalese - the universal language of thought, along with the international language of English and the logic based language of Perl.

The company operates a system called © Binary Thought Groups. This involves splitting members into pairs, one member being the driver whilst the other is the navigator. These pairs are then assigned to work on projects whilst maintaining mentalese based communication. This exponentially speeds up the thought process whilst also enhancing the fundamental understanding of the concept being developed.

The driver of the binary pair is the main creative force behind the concept being developed whilst the navigator acts as a micro-feedback system that is intrinsically linked to the creative steering. Try to imagine this as a reality TV show dealing with micro-decisions solely based around the idea being developed, that is in turn being judged by an audience of two experts, who can then instantly explore almost infinite options and thought processes.
